Bookings can be up to 2 months in advance depending on current orders, please let me know if you need you model by a certain date and I will do my best to help you out.
Good quality, clear photos, showing all your pets colours and markings are essential.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment is to be taken through PayPal only (no account needed) on completion of your model. You will be sent a photo before i seal the paint with varnish to ensure you are fully happy with your model, only when you are 100% happy will an invoice be sent out.
Please Ensure your address is up to date as all postage labels are printed directly from Paypal.
If you Need to cancel your booking please let me know A.S.A.P as it is very costly and time consuming to complete unwanted orders.
If Payment is not received within 14 days your order may be cancelled. Returns/refunds are not accepted on custom orders.
Your Photos May Be Used for advertising Purposes and shared on my Social Media pages, (No details will be included) Please let me know if you would like to opt out of this.

How are the models made?
All Models and Products are 3D printed using a plastic material called PLA+
If The Model is Hand-painted, this is done using Acrylic or Oil Paints and Finished with a Matt or Gloss water based varnish.
My Dog Is A Cross Breed, Can you Paint Him?
Unfortunately I currently only have a select few Cross breed Designs, however more often than not a standard breed model will often fit your dog once Painted.

Can You Only Make Dogs/Pets?
Although Dogs are the most popular models I do, my art is by no means limited to them!
As well as a wide range of other pets and animals, I have also Printed/Painted all sorts, from cars to Mini Furniture for a dolls house! So whatever it is you need, please do drop me a message and I'll do my best to help you out!
Will The Model Look Exactly Like My Pet?
As the designs of the models are Standard according to each breed, it is not guaranteed to look exactly like your pet, However every effort is made during the painting process to make your model resemble your dear friend as closely as possible.
IS There Really No Upfront Payment Needed?
That's Absolutely correct! This is the Unique Thing about my Business, no upfront payment or deposit is needed to book a commission slot! Only when you confirm you are truly happy with your model will you be invoiced.
What Happens If I Don't Like The Finished Result?
Although this rarely happens, Its completely understandable that not everyone will be happy with the finished result.
If this is the case please don't worry, your order will be cancelled upon your request.
No Payment details are ever taken, and you will not be billed for your model.
Can I return My model?
As each Model is Customized to your requirement, returns and refunds are unfortunately not accepted once payment has been made.
If your model arrives Damaged then by all means contact me with photos of the packaging and damaged item and a refund or replacement will then be arranged.
