Delivery

All items are securely wrapped and packaged and shipped with Royal Mail 48hr tracked postage. You can request upgraded postage at an additional cost when you book your commission. 

Your order will only be posted to the address provided through PayPal, please ensure that this is correct at the time of payment as I take no responsibility for items arriving at the wrong address. 

Returns

As each item is made to order and personalised, returns or refunds are NOT accepted unless arrived damaged. Once photos of your completed model is sent, please check them over thoroughly as you will only be billed on your Approval. If payment is not received within 14 days your order may be cancelled.  

Damaged Items

In the sad event that your model arrives Broken, please send photos of the damaged item and it’s packaging. A refund or Replacement will then be arranged.
